Abstract:
Having gone through a succession of doubts and criticisms,even subversion and deconstruction,Fu Lei's translation works finally became classics.However,considering the distinctive features of translation activities,the construction of translation classics must face the fact that translation cannot be exactly restored to the original texts,which makes the standards of literary translation classics not completely in line with those of literary classics.In the case of the criticism concerning Fu Lei's translations,the purpose is to seek in this great master both positive and negative aspects that can improve the quality of translation and hence promote the overall literary translation to a higher level,to promote continually the quality of translation of the focus and key elements,to explore the interaction and alternation between translation theory and practice through the pluralistic aesthetic game of power,and,at a higher level and wider space of translation,to think about the meaning of translation criticism itself,and to explore the translation activities from the angle of the future.
