国外语言政策与规划理论研究述评

A Review on Language Policy and Planning Abroad

摘要: 本文主要述评国外语言政策与规划的现有理论。首先，概述了语言政策与规划的基本概念、基本特征和基本关系，并简述了语言政策与规划理论的兴起与发展现状。其次，剖析了语言政策和规划的四种类型（地位规划、本体规划、教育语言规划和声望规划），厘清了语言政策和规划的三个维度（宏观、中观和微观）。再次，评论了国外现有语言政策与规划研究的经典框架。最后，本文梳理了该领域的主要代表性刊物。

Abstract: This article is a review on language policy and planning abroad.First, the basic concepts in this field are clarified, including the basic definitions, basic features and basic relationship; second, the origin and development of language policy and planning are discussed; third, the four types and the three research dimensions of language policy and planning are illustrated; last, the classical language policy and planning research framework and the typical journals are discussed.
