Abstract: This paper examines the process through which modern neologisms and foreign concepts achieve harmonious symbiosis from the perspectives of their origins and developmental trajectories. It posits that this process is shaped by both linguistic and socio-cultural factors inherent to the source and recipient languages. When entering the Chinese linguistic system, loanwords change themselves to adapt to the characteristics of Chinese culture and Chinese language, while simultaneously exerting influence on Chinese from their foreign cultural and linguistic origins. The acceptance and absorption of new concepts serve as a crucial foundation for the Chinesization of new loanwords. During the process of Chinesization, the new loanwords compete with the native words and secure positions in the Chinese lexical system. The further-Chinesization of loanwords is an important manifestation of the harmonious symbiosis of modern neologisms and foreign concepts.
