She has published over thirty standalone volumes abroad to date, garnering attention from international mainstream media and from scholars in the domain of literature, literary criticism and translation studies, which has brought about what can be regarded as a "Fever" in the English-speaking world. This paper examines the reasons for the English-speaking world "Fever" for Can Xue’s novels from the perspectives of the literary quality, the nature of the translating community, and the author’s strong personal influence. By doing so, it aims to discover effective pathways for the overseas dissemination of Chinese literary works. The paper finds that innovative content and forms meet the literary demands of the English readers. Collaborative efforts within the translation community have formed a dissemination "community". Can Xue’s multiple roles have expanded the space for dissemination. These three factors collectively contribute to the acceptance and wide spread of Can Xue’s novels in English-speaking world.
